To sign a player, you need to go through the transfer market. You set: - **Starting price** — the minimum you'll accept - **Reserve price** (optional) — a hidden minimum that must be met - **Auction duration** — how long the bidding stays open Once listed, the player appears on the transfer market for all managers to see.
