    Getting Started

    Your First Day as Manager

Congratulations on your appointment! Here's everything you should do on your first day.

    Step 1: Check Your Squad

Go to the Squad page to see your players. Review their positions, ratings, and fitness levels.

    Step 2: Set Your Formation

Head to Tactics and choose a formation that suits your squad. Make sure you have strong players in the right positions to avoid position penalties.

Step 3: Pick Your Captain and Specialists

Assign a captain and set piece specialists. Your captain provides a morale boost, and set piece specialists improve dead-ball situations.

    Step 4: Submit Your Lineup

Go to the Squad page, select your starting eleven and substitutes, then submit before the match deadline.

    Step 5: Train Your Squad

Use your daily training action to develop your players. Training boosts individual player ratings over time.

    Step 6: Boost Morale

Use your daily morale action to keep team spirit high. Happy players perform better on match day.

    Step 7: Scout Your Opponent

Check the Match page for a scout report on your next opponent. Adjust your tactics based on their strengths and weaknesses.

Step 8: Browse the Transfer Market

Visit Transfers to see available players and active auctions. You might find upgrades for your squad.

    Daily Routine

Most of these actions take just 5-10 minutes. The key daily tasks are:

    • Submit your lineup before the deadline
    • Use your training action
    • Use your morale action
    • Check transfer market for opportunities
