The Job Centre is where you find managerial vacancies.
How It Works
- Vacant clubs are listed with their details (league, squad strength, budget)
- Each vacancy has a minimum reputation requirement
- You can only apply for clubs where your reputation meets the threshold
- Some prestigious clubs require very high reputation to apply
Applying for Jobs
- Browse available vacancies
- Check the club details - squad, budget, league position
- Click Apply on a club you're interested in
- If you meet the requirements, you'll be appointed
Voluntary Resignation
You can also leave your current club voluntarily:
- Resigning costs you some reputation
- It's not as damaging as being sacked
- Useful if you want to move to a better club that's become vacant
Career Strategy
- Sometimes taking a step down is a step forward
- Building a strong record at smaller clubs unlocks bigger opportunities
- Don't jump between clubs too frequently - it hurts your reputation
- Aim for clubs where you can realistically succeed
